  • 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 3/4 c. veg. oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. green pepper or possibly pimento
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till hard. More flavorable if prepared ahead and let stand to ripen a few hrs.
