Chicken Pot Luck Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 chicken pcs (thighs, legs)
- 4 potatoes (peeled and quartered)
- Sm. can whole peeled tomatoes
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. water
- Dash salt, pepper, celery, oregano, garlic
Directions
- 425 degree oven. Mix together in roasting pan. Cover and bake at 425 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till done.
