Ingredients
- 2 cans cream style corn
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 3/4 c. veg. oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. green pepper or possibly pimento
- 1 c. grated cheese

Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till hard. More flavorable if prepared ahead and let stand to ripen a few hrs.
