  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and colled
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup whole hazelnuts, chopped
  • 9-inch pie crust

Directions

  1. Combine the sugar, butter, eggs, maple syrup, and the hazelnuts.
  2. Pour into the pie crust.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  4. Reduce the heat to 325 F.
  5. Bake an additional 25 minutes
