Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together on low speed for 30 seconds. beat on high speed for another 2 min. Pour batter into ungreased angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min, or possibly till top is browned and cracked. Don't underbake. Remove from oven and set upside-down till cooled. Remove from pan and drizzle with No-Fat Chocolate Glaze if you like.
  2. 8-10 servings.
  3. No-Fat Chocolate Glaze
  4. 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1/4 c. cocoa pwdr 2 Tbsp. water 1 tsp. vanilla
  5. Mix all ingredients till smooth.
