Mom's Round Steak Recipe
Ingredients
- Round steak
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- Healthy pinch of sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. onions
- 2 tbsp. bell pepper
Directions
- Mix ingredients, pour over steak. Cover pan with Reynold's Wrap and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till meat is tender. Pour drippings into gravy bowl. Good over mashed potatoes.
