Molasses Corn Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. Bisquick mix
- 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. Cornmeal
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1Â 1/4 c. Water
- 1/3 c. Dark molasses
- 1 x Egg
Directions
- Heat oven 350 . grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3. Mix all ingredients till moistened. Pour into pan. Bake 50 to 50 min or possibly till wooden pick comes out clean.
- Variation: chop raisins very fine and add in. Can do the same with walnuts.
- Need to be finely minced.
- NOTES : This taste good with hot peanut butter and syrup poured over a slice.
