Mixed Fruit Oatmeal Cobbler Recipe

This is a quick, easy and lower calorie dessert made in my Nuwave oven. I am not sure what the rules are on using brand names in our recipes, so if anyone knows if it's not allowed let me know. You can add your own favorites to this recipe, but this is what i used.

Ingredients

  • 2- 4 ounce portion cups Del Monte mixed fruit no sugar added
  • 1- Pack Quaker instant oatmeal weight control maple brown sugar
  • 2- tbsp I cant believe its not butter stick
  • 2- tbsp light brown sugar
  • 2- tbsp skim milk

Directions

  1. Drain off excess syrup from fruit cups and place in a small ramekin
  2. On stove top or in Nuwave oven melt the butter
  3. Add oatmeal pack, milk and brown sugar to the melted butter and stir
  4. Pour mix over the top of the fruit
  5. Place rack on 1" setting and set ramekin on rack in middle
  6. Press Cook Time, Press 25 min, and Press Start
  7. Enjoy and let me know what ya think :)
