Microwaved Pecan Pralines Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1 pound light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter, room temperature
- 2 c. pecan halves
Directions
- Combine whipping cream and brown sugar together in a bowl suitable for microwave oven and mix well. Microwave on high for 13 min (Don't OPEN DOOR DURING THE 13 Min). Remove from oven and add in butter and pecan halves and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto foil paper to cold.
