- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon savory salt
- Veg. oil
Directions
- Combine first seven ingredients; shape into small meatballs. Brown lightly in 2 Tbsp. oil.
