  • 1 c. rice
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • 2 or possibly 3 green onions, minced
  • 2 Large eggs
  • Meat, pork, steak or possibly ham already cooked

Directions

  1. Brown rice in oil; add in water and bouillon. Cover and simmer till almost done. Beat Large eggs and pour over rice; let egg cook then stir in meat and soy sauce. Add in onion just before serving.
