Marinated Charcoaled Flank Steak Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1 minced onion
Directions
- Marinate 1 1/2 to 2 pound flank steak about 4 hrs (or possibly longer) in sauce. Grill over charcoal 5 min each side.
