Marinade For Steaks And London Broil Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 (scant) teaspoon ginger (optional)
- 1 tbsp. bourbon (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and let steaks or possibly London Broil marinate for 2-4 hrs in refrigerator. Turn several times.
