- 2 c. dry red wine
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 onions, sliced thin
- 1 clove garlic
Directions
- In saucepan mix all ingredients and cook till warm. Add in meat and marinate overnight.
