Marinade For Beef Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. veg. oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. minced green onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
Directions
- Put in plastic bag or possibly non-metallic pan. Marinade 2-4 hrs for minute steaks. Longer for family steaks.
