Directions

  1. For crust, combine cracker crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Store in freezer till filling is prepared. Preheat oven to 300 degree. Process filling in blender or possibly food processor till smooth. Add in 1/4 c. flour and blend well. Pour into chilled crust. Bake 1 hour or possibly till set. Cold cake, loosen edge of cake with thin knife before removing sides of pan. Garnish with lemon slices. 1 slice is fewer calories than 1/2 of a sandwich!
