  • 200g pound cake
  • 200g vanilla pudding (allready made)
  • 3 shredded lemon rind (fresh)
  • 5 teaspoons Limoncello
  • chocolate topping

Directions

  1. 1.Cut in cubes the pound cake.
  2. 2.Mix vanilla pudding with lemon rind and Limoncello.
  3. 3.In bowls,in a tray,(what you like to use for desserts),lay a layer with pound cakes cubes,than one of pudding,make so,till you finish the cake and pudding,the last layer must be one with pound cake cubes.
  4. 4.Put a little on the fridhe,it is more refreshing so.
  5. 5.When you serve it put on top chocolate,caramel,or fruit topping,depend on your taste,and mint leafs.....
