  • 1 can Light Tuna packed in water
  • 3 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • A couple Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1 roasted red pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • A couple dashes of Italian Dressing ( I used Ken's Steak House Lite Northern Italian w/Basil and Romano)

Directions

  1. Mix the egg tuna and bread crumbs in a bowl. Add in the vegetables and mix well. In a hot skillet add a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Pack the tuna as you would a burger. Cook until golden brown and get's a slight crisp on the edges. Serve on greens or on a bun. With fresh herbs, mushrooms or lemons.

    Sounds tasty, Dana. Will have to give this a try as well. I've never done Tuna this way.
