Directions

  1. Combine tuna, bread crumbs, celery, and onion. Blend together mayonnaise, chili sauce, and lemon juice. Stir into first mix till fully blended. Scoop with ice cream scooper into an oiled or possibly buttered skillet. Squash down till 1/4 or possibly 3/4 inch on thickness.
  2. Brown on both sides. Makes 6 burgers. Serve with mashed potatoes, on buns, or possibly with frzn fries.
