This salad looks really delicious, Charlene! I'm going to be trying it sometime soon and will post a review and photo. Does the Italian Tuna make a big difference? Or will packed American tuna do?

On a side note, some 15 years ago, I grew some arugula and let one of the plants go to seed. I've had arugula popping up ever since! For any gardeners out there, you might like to try it. It seems pretty hardy and non-demanding. We live on the California coast, where it likes to pop up in the fall/winter/spring months. It lies low over summer, but I love having it fresh from the garden most of the year-round!

Great advice, Jennifer. I'm definitely going to try it. I didn't realize Arugula grew so easily here.
