  1. Wash and slice the vegetables. Slice the chicken into strips or cube.
  2. Simmer the coconut milk in the pot. Add the tomato, ginger, onion and chicken. Bring to a boil until the chicken is tender. Then add the hot peppers, bel peppers, chicken bullion, curry powder, salt and pepper. Simmer it until the vegetables are done/
