Directions

  1. Saute/fry beef with onion. When beef begins to brown, add in garlic. Turn heat to high and cook one more minute.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 min and remove from heat.
  3. Line warm dog buns with a steamed or possibly grilled warm dog and top with Chili Sauce mix, then sprinkle with minced onions and shredded Monterey Jack or possibly Colby cheese.
  4. Great to take along on Picnics!
