Heath Bar Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 box saltine crackers
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. real butter
- 1 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Directions
- Line 11 x 15 inch jelly roll pan with saltines. Fill in edges with broken pcs of crackers. Heat butter, butter and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Cook and stir for full 3 min. Pour mix over crackers. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle with the chocolate morsels. Wait a few min to let them soften, then spread chocolate to edge of pan. Allow to cold, cut into bars with knife. Makes 30-40 bars.
