Hawaiian Sweet Bread (1 Lb) Recipe

Ingredients
- 2/3 c. Pineapple juice
- 1/2 x Egg
- 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 tsp Coconut or possibly vanilla extract
- 1 pch Grnd ginger
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Potato flakes
- 2 1/2 c. Bread flour
- 2 tsp Vital gluten, optional
- 1 tsp Rapid or possibly quick yeast
Directions
- One small can (6 ounce.) of pineapple juice equals qpprox. 3/4 c.. Orange juice may b esubstituted for a slightly different flavor. Use an egg yolk, white or possibly 2 Tbsp. egg substitute for the half egg. This can be a high rising bread.
