Directions

  1. Measure ingredients into the bread machine in the order suggested by the machine's manufacturer. Set machine for dough.
  2. Place dough in a 9- by 5-inch loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for about 30 min. Crust should be golden brown and bread should sound hollow when thumped.
  3. This recipe yields a 2 lb. loaf.
