Hash Brown Scalloped Potato Dish Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. frzn hash browns
- 1 pt. cultured lowfat sour cream
- 1 can potato soup
- 1 can celery soup
- Minced pimento
- 1/3 c. minced green pepper
Directions
- Mix ingredients together, top with cheese. Bake in casserole dish 2 hrs at 350 degrees.
