  • 2 pound bag frzn hash browns
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 (8 ounce.) Packages shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom (or possibly cream of chicken)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Onion

Directions

  1. Pour potatoes into 9x13 baking dish. Drizzle with 1/2 c. butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper and onions. Add in cheese over this.
  2. Mix soup and lowfat sour cream and spoon over potatoes. Crush 2 c. of corn flakes and mix 1/4 c. melted butter. Sprinkle over potatoes. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
