  • 1 to 2 pound pkg. frzn hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 c. onion, minced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Place in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with crushed potato chips or possibly 1 1/2 c. of crushed Corn Flakes with 1/4 c. of melted butter. You can substitute 9 to 10 par boiled sliced potatoes for frzn hash browns. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
