  1. 1. WE START WITH RIBS AND BEEF FAJITI SEASONING.
  2. 2. LET MARINATE FOR 1 HR.
  3. 3. PUT ON GRILL-A SMOKER WITH PECAN WOOD.
  4. 4. WHEN SMOKING ADD MEAT AND BAST WITH GREEN CHILI PEPPERS. LET GRILL FOR 2 MIN.
  5. 5. ADD BBQ SAUCE AND COOK TILL TENDER ABOUT 30 MIN.
  6. 6 FLIP THE SAME ON THE OTHER SIDE GRILL 3 MIN.
  7. 7 REMEMBER LET MEAT SIT UNTIL IT ABOUT ROOM TEMP. THEN GRILL. ALWAYS GRILLAT 450 TO 500 DEGREE.
