Green Zebra Peachy Salsa w/ Lemon basil Recipe
Made with the Green zebra breed of tomatoes,home-grown peaches, and lemon basil. This is a unique organic experience!
Ingredients
- 10 tomatoes (Green Zebra)
- 2 Vidialla Onion (large-diced)
- 2 Green Bell Peppers-(diced)
- 20 peaches (mine are a small sweet variety)
- 1/4 cup lemon basil (chopped fine)
- 2 jalepeno peppers (seeded and diced)
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
- mix well
- cook on stove for about 20 minutes, then water bath can into jars.
