Green Ravioli With Walnuts And Ricotta Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x Recipe for green pasta dough
- 2 lb Ricotta cheese
- 3/4 c. Minced walnuts
- 8 lrg Basil leaves
- 1/2 lb Mozzarella cheese, grated Salt, pepper, to taste
- 1 pch Walnut
Directions
- 1. Mix all ingredients
- 2. Roll out dough very thin n.6 in the machine
- 3. Fill raviolis, baste edges with egg white
- 4. Press to adhere.
- 5. Cook in plenty of boiling salted water
- Serve with tomato sauce
