  1. 1.In a bowl beat the eggs with milk,a little salt and ricotta.
  2. 2.Boil the pasta.
  3. 3.Soak the tomatoes,peel them,and cut them in cubes.
  4. 4.Melt the butter,and,add tomatoes.
  5. 5.Put the olives and the chilled pasta.
  6. 6.Mix a little,then,pour the composition,on the eggs and ricotta.
  7. 7.Let on the fire 5 minutes.
  8. 8.Serve with grated parmesan and parsley on top.
