  • 2 cans liquid removed asparagus
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • + 1 tbsp. lowfat milk if needs more moisture

Directions

  1. Serves: 4-6. Preparation time: 15 min. Cooking time: 30 min at 375 degrees F.
  2. Layer casserole pan with asparagus, then peas and cheese. Put pats of butter over cheese layers. Repeat layers. Pour soup and lowfat milk over top and add in more cheese if you like.
