%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20have%20since%20raved%20about%20her%20roasted%20cauliflower,%20chickpea%20fritters,%20sugo%20and%20the%20green%20beans%20with%20fish%20sauce%20vinaigrette.%20%20I%20am%20waiting%20on%20fresh%20cauliflower%20from%20the%20farmers%20market%20before%20I%20try%20roasting%20some%20%20and%20I%20finally%20found%20garbanzo%20bean%20flour%20at%20Whole%20Foods%20so%20I%20am%20set%20to%20try%20to%20make%20fritters.%20%20But%20last%20week%20I%20bought%20some%20fresh%20green%20beans%20from%20a%20favorite%20vendor%20at%20the%20market%20and%20tried%20my%20hand%20at%20duplicating%20Izard%E2%80%99s%20%E2%80%9CSauteed%20Green%20Beans%20with%20Fish%20Sauce%20Vinaigrette.%E2%80%9D%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHere%20is%20what%20I%20came%20up%20with:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20vinaigrette%20ingredients%20in%20a%20blender%20and%20pulse%20until%20emulsified.%20%20Pour%20over%20green%20beans%20while%20beans%20are%20still%20warm.%20%20Serve.%20%20(This%20is%20also%20good%20served%20cold%20the%20next%20day.)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20garnished%20with%20a%20few%20halved%20cherry%20tomatoes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20came%20out%20tasty%20but%20wasn%E2%80%99t%20quite%20like%20the%20original%20inspiration.%20%20Izard%E2%80%99s%20vinaigrette%20had%20a%20creamier%20consistency%20and%20the%20beans%20were%20served%20with%20sliced%20almonds.%20%20%20I%20am%20glad%20I%20wasn%E2%80%99t%20able%20to%20nail%20it%20perfectly,%20though.%20%20%20This%20way%20I%20have%20a%20great%20excuse%20to%20go%20back%20and%20visit%20Girl%20and%20the%20Goat%20again%20to%20do%20more%20research!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGreen%20Beans%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
