Directions

  1. Place 1/2 sliced potatoes in bottom of 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Add in 1/2 of minced onions, 1/2 of butter, cut in pcs and 1/2 of cream of celery soup mixed with water. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Finish layer of potatoes, onions, butter and soup. Bake at 400 degrees till tender. HINT: Place cookie sheet or possibly container under dish to catch drippings.
