Graham Cracker Creme Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- Crust: ( save some for top of pie at end)
- 1/2 x # graham crackers grnd fine
- 4 x heaping Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 c. sugar,
- 1/2 x # butter melted mix as for pie crust, pack into pie pan, press in with back of spoon.
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 6 x egg yolks
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cook together till thick. Pour into graham cracker crust. Put rest of graham crackers crumbs of top of pie. Bake 20 minutes. in 325 degree oven. 2 8 inch pies
