Directions

  1. Puree feta, cream cheese, sourcream, and zest in a food processer til Smooth. transfer to a bowl, Season to taste with the salt and pepper then fold in the dill and Mint.
  2. this is the Spread. if you want it to be more for Dipping, Add another 1/4 cup or so of Sour Cream.
