Glazed Orange Ginger Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
- 10 carrots, cut into pcs
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1 tbsp. grated orange peel
- 2 tbsp. orange juice
Directions
- After cooking carrots, drain. Add in all ingredients and cook over low heat for 3 min.
