Cornish Hens With Glazed Oranges Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 x Rock Cornish Hens (about 1 1/2 lb Ea)
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted GLAZED ORANGES
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp Paprika
Directions
- Place hens, breast sides up, on rack in shallow roasting pan; brush with butter. Roast uncovered in 350 oven for 30 min. Prepare Glazed Oranges.
- Mix remaining ingredients; brush half of the orange juice mix over hens. Roast, uncovered, brushing with remaining mix, till hens are done, about 45 min.
