- Mix the sugar and sherry to create a paste. Spoon this over the ham and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 2 hrs, till the glaze is golden brown and crisp. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature. Feeds a crowd with plenty of leftovers. Serves a crowd.
