My husband loves ginger snaps, these come very close to what I usually by from a specialty store. i cut them into hearts, trees or just leave them round. They are crisp and great with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk

  1. Blend margarine with sugar and whip until fluffy, add molasses. Slowly add flour, then baking soda. Now add remaining items and blend. Use a small cookie scoop to form rounds, roll these in white sugar and bake at for 12-15 minutes
