  • 6 ripe bananas
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frzn lemonade concentrate, thawed & undiluted
  • 1 (12 ounce) can frzn orange juice concentrate, thawed & undiluted
  • 1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 3 c. sugar (might want to use less sugar, this is rather sweet)
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 (64 ounce) bottles lemon lime carbonated beverage, chilled

Directions

  1. Put together bananas and fruit juice concentrate in container of electric blender; blend till smooth. Put together banana mix, pineapple juice, water and sugar in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Pour into plastic freezer containers or possibly molds. Freeze. To serve, thaw till mushy; add in carbonated beverage. Yield: 6 qts.
