Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 8 x Raw king prawns, peeled and de-veined
  • 1 Tbsp. Grilled chilli oil, (chiu chow)
  • 120 gm Mouli, finely diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Directions

  1. In a wok or possibly frying pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic till golden.
  2. Add in the chillies and stir, then add in the prawns and stir well.
  3. Add in the remaining ingredients in turn, stirring constantly. When the sugar has been stirred in, turn on to a dish and serve.
