  • 4 pcs medium labanos (Raddish)
  • 1 pc medium onion (sliced)
  • 2 pcs red tomato (diced)
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • For Vinegar dressing:
  • 2 tbsps. washed sugar
  • 1/2 cup cane vinegar
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • Mix according to taste

Directions

  1. Slide the raddish thinly and soak in water with salt. Let is stay for 10mins.
  2. Rinse the raddish several times.
  3. Plate the raddish in a platter piece by piece.
  4. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and onions.
  5. Pour the vinegar mix on the salad before serving.
