ENSALADANG MANGGA (Green Mango Salad) Recipe

Ensaladang Mangga is usually prepared as a side dish for any thing grilled or fried. It goes perfectly well with Shrimp paste or Bagoong. Salted egg can be added optionally. In this case we added ground chicharron (a dish made of fried pork rinds).
