Easy Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 2 c. pumpkin, cooked
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well, pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
