Easy Low Cholesterol Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lg. box cake mix (I like lemon, Duncan Hines - no pudding added)
- 1 egg
- 2 c. Cold Whip
Directions
- Mix will be thick and "gooey". Put powdered sugar on hands and form into little balls. Then dip in powdered sugar. Put on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
