Ingredients
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 sm. head cabbage, sliced
- 3 carrots, minced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 lg. onion
- 1 c. uncooked rice
Directions
- Brown beef and onion. Mix with rest of ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake 1 1/2 hrs. Serves 12.
