Easy Hamburger Sausage Quiche Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie hell
- 1/2 pound hamburger or possibly sausage
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/3 c. minced green pepper
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- Dash pepper and salt
Directions
- Brown meat, pour off fat. Blend next 4 ingredients till smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper. Turn into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min or possibly till golden on top and knife inserted near center comes out clean. Makes 6-8 servings. Can be made only with hamburger, half hamburger and half sausage or possibly only a small amount of sausage for flavor.
