  • 1 (10") pie crust
  • 1 c. diced ham, cooked sausage, or possibly diced, cooked bacon
  • 1 c. broccoli, diced (optional)
  • 1 c. American cheese, shredded
  • 6 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Spread meat in unbaked pie shell. Mix beaten Large eggs with lowfat milk and salt. Mix separately broccoli and cheese; spread on top meat. Pour egg mix over top. Bake at 350 degrees till solid and lightly browned, about 45 min.
